      Northrop Grumman is currently seeking an experienced SR Facilities Manager to join our Launch Vehicle Business unit team in Chandler, AZ.

      Job Summary

      The Sr Facilities Manager will report directly to the Sr Integrated Operations Director. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all Facilities and Real Estate Operations. The Main Campus consists of two buildings with greater than 620,000 sq feet including office, manufacturing, integration and test, ordnance and pneumatic test areas.

      Role Description & Responsibilities

      Manage supervisors and facility technicians to ensure building operations Monitor and maintain all Facility Department budgets Manage all Facilities related Capital Projects Ensure all building infrastructure is operating efficiently i.e HVAC, Chillers, Cooling Towers etc. Make strategic recommendations on building space accommodations as well as expansion. Determine best method of expansion. Manage the seating plan for approximately 2000 employees Plan, budget, and schedule all facility modifications including bids, costs, layouts, contracts, and construction. Oversee all Subcontractors Develop long range plans, conceptual designs and capital outlay requirements for all facilities.

      Experience Requirements:

      • Interact will all levels of the organization and external representatives
      • This position requires a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of (10) years of related experience.
      • Strong oral and written communication skills
      • Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability.
      • Ability to effectively manage a team of professionals and technicians, including both employees and vendors
      • Strong Microsoft Office skills Word, Excel, MS Project, and Visio
      • Supervision of 15 to 20 employees.
      • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret-level clearance is required.

      Experience Preferred :

      • Experience supporting a large Manufacturing Facility

      Salary Range: $125,700.00 - $188,500.00

      The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

      Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
